The Aroma Events program is an extension of our mission to cultivate fullness of life by inviting groups to gather, savor, and linger at the historic Prescott-Harshman House in the heart of downtown Fall City.
We’re delighted to host your special occasion, unique event, or work gathering while offering handcrafted beverages and thoughtfully curated food to create a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience.
Groups under 12 are welcome to gather during business hours. Limited reserved time blocks are also available.
Up to 200 guests. Starting at $250 for 2 hours.
Non-profit hosted events that are open to the public. Owner approval required.
Room Reservations
Perfect for small gatherings, meetings, and casual get-togethers.
Groups of fewer than 12 are always welcome to gather at Aroma on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d prefer to reserve space, we offer bookable time blocks Tuesdays–Thursdays between 7:00–9:00 am and 2:00–4:00 pm in our upstairs Library or covered Outdoor Gazebo.
Upstairs Library
Comfortably seats 8, with two tables that can be combined into one long table. The upstairs area, including The Library, is reserved for adults to help maintain a focused, low-interruption environment.
Outdoor Covered Gazebo
Seats up to 12 across three tables. Furniture can be rearranged to create a covered kid-friendly zone if desired. An outdoor hanging heater is also provided.

Book Private Event
Host a memorable private event at Aroma.
From intimate celebrations to full-property gatherings, we offer flexible options to fit your vision.
Aroma is the perfect place to host your next party, gathering, or celebration, with spaces that accommodate 30–200 guests during and outside of business hours (including Sundays – perfect for weddings!). Catering and barista services may be available depending on the timing and needs of your event.

Community Events
Interested in hosting a public or community-focused event at Aroma?
Submit your request below.
Aroma’s central location makes it a natural gathering place for community-wide events. When possible, we love partnering with local nonprofits to host mission-aligned events (such as farmers markets, library reading groups, kids’ crafts, and similar offerings) at no charge.
Because we receive a high volume of requests, we carefully review each submission based on missional alignment, facility capacity, operational needs, and overall calendar availability.
