The Aroma Events program is an extension of our mission to cultivate fullness of life by inviting groups to gather, savor, and linger at the historic Prescott-Harshman House in the heart of downtown Fall City.
We’re delighted to host your special occasion, unique event, or work gathering while offering handcrafted beverages and thoughtfully curated food to create a memorable, one-of-a-kind experience.
Private Event
Host a private event at Aroma for groups of 30–200 guests. Packages start at $250 for two hours.
Small Gathering
Group sizes between 3-12 are welcome to gather during business hours without a reservation. Complimentary time blocks are available in The Library or Outdoor Covered Gazebo during operating hours.
Public Community Event
Nonprofit-hosted events that are open to the public may be accommodated with owner approval.

From intimate celebrations to full-property gatherings, we offer flexible options to fit your vision.
Aroma is the perfect place to host your next party, gathering, or celebration, with spaces that accommodate 30–200 guests during and outside of business hours (including Sundays – perfect for weddings)!
Create the full Aroma experience by adding items from our carefully crafted catering menu and with private barista service. Our bar will be open during your event, with our skilled staff crafting made-to-order espresso drinks and specialty beverages for your guests.

Gathering Options
House Gathering
- Capacity: Up to 30 guests indoors
- Availability: After-hours only (After 6pm Mondays-Saturdays & all day Sundays)
- Pricing: Starting at $250 for two hours (2-hour minimum)
- Best for: Small celebrations, showers, team gatherings
 Treefort Garden Gathering
- Capacity: Up to 50 guests
- Availability: During and after business hours
- Pricing: Starting at $350 for two hours (2-hour minimum)
- Includes: Indoor bathroom access
- Best for: Special celebrations, showers, team gatherings
Optional Add-on
- Full Backyard (after-hours only) $50/hour
- Expands capacity up to 100 guests
Full Property Gathering
- Capacity: Up to 200 guests
- Availability: After-hours only (After 6pm & Sundays)
- Pricing: Starting at $1,050 for three-hours (3-hour minimum)
- Includes: Full property and back alley parking
- Best for: Large celebrations and weddings

Groups sizes between 3-12 are always welcome to gather at Aroma on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’d prefer to reserve space, we offer free bookable time blocks Tuesdays–Thursdays between 7:00–9:00 am and 2:00–4:00 pm in our upstairs Library or covered Outdoor Gazebo.
Upstairs Library
Comfortably seats 8, with two tables that can be combined into one long table. The upstairs area, including The Library, is reserved for adults to help maintain a focused, low-interruption environment.
Outdoor Covered Gazebo
Seats up to 12 across three tables. Furniture can be rearranged to create a covered kid-friendly zone if desired. An outdoor hanging heater is also provided.

Interested in hosting a public or community-focused event at Aroma?

 Aroma’s central location makes it a natural gathering place for community-wide events. When possible, we love partnering with local nonprofits to host mission-aligned events (such as farmers markets, library reading groups, kids’ crafts, and similar offerings) at no charge.
Because we receive a high volume of requests, we carefully review each submission based on missional alignment, facility capacity, operational needs, and overall calendar availability.
