In the Pacific Northwest, coffee is more than a drink—it’s a way of life. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with some of the region’s finest roasters and shops, shaping our core values: quality, consistency, strong partnerships, and a commitment to practices that enrich lives.
We’re excited to partner with Camber Coffee, a Bellingham, WA roastery founded in 2015 by three Q-graders passionate about crafting coffees with exceptional sweetness, complexity, and balance. Their dedication to quality shines in every aspect of their work, from sourcing and roasting to fostering sustainable practices. In the past year, they achieved carbon neutrality and began funding a clean drinking water project in Rwanda.
Camber has even crafted a custom espresso blend exclusively for Aroma Coffee Co., and we’re proud to share their exceptional coffee with you!
FAQs
When will my coffee ship?
Camber strives to process and ship orders within two business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipments may be delayed during sales events and holidays. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
When will I receive my order?
Coffee – Coffee ships from the Camber roastery in Bellingham, WA via UPS, FedEx Express, and USPS, depending on your shipping address. We select shipping services that will get you your fresh coffee between 2-5 business days.
Please note that we ship orders as they are placed, and do not take requests to delay shipping.
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there is an error with your order, please don’t hesitate to email info@aromacoffeeco.com and we will issue a replacement or a refund ASAP. If you don’t love the coffee you ordered, reach out and we will work with you to dial in your brew recipe or help you find a coffee that matches your tastes. We are not able to accept returns on perishable items and can only offer refunds if your order was incorrect or damaged.
Can I sign up for recurring shipments?
Yes, you can set up recurring shipments through our subscription options. You can choose to receive a shipment every week, every other week, or once a month.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Buy one in our cafe or online here.
How long will my coffee remain fresh tasting?
We suggest enjoying your coffee within two weeks of opening the bag, and within one month of roasting. The coffee will still taste exceptional beyond a month. Great coffee should not be wasted!
What’s the best way to keep my coffee fresh?
We suggest storing your coffee in an airtight container away from heat and light.
Can you grind my coffee for me?
You can select your desired grind on the product page drop down menu.
