Description
This custom Aroma blend was crafted in honor of the beautiful, historic house in which Aroma resides. Initially home to the first telephone company in Fall City, the Prescott-Harshman house has now returned to its roots as the central place for communication and connection in town. Our vision of creating a Place to Gather, a Craft to Savor, and an Invitation to Linger is woven not only into our building, but also into the very espresso that infuses the vast majority of our drinks.
This unique medium blend is balanced, rich, smooth, and versatile, with seasonally alternating African and South American components. This particular iteration marries the Honduras-Santa-Barbara with the Ethiopian Aricha Natural, producing a lively, layered, and generously sweet coffee that is exquisite on its own as espresso or drip, yet nuanced and weighty enough to be well-complemented by milk or cream. Grounded with prominent notes of cacao and brown sugar and punctuated with higher tones of apple and blackberry, this syrupy, full-bodied cup with layered caramelized sugar sweetness and fruited undertones truly is a craft you will want to savor again and again.
