When will my coffee ship?
Camber strives to process and ship orders within two business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipments may be delayed during sales events and holidays. Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
When will I receive my order?
Coffee – Coffee ships from the Camber roastery in Bellingham, WA via UPS, FedEx Express, and USPS, depending on your shipping address. We select shipping services that will get you your fresh coffee between 2-5 business days.
Please note that we ship orders as they are placed, and do not take requests to delay shipping.
Gear – We work with Printful to provide our gear. It is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you and averages 8-10 days including fulfillment and shipping time. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there is an error with your order, please don’t hesitate to email info@aromacoffeeco.com and we will issue a replacement or a refund ASAP. If you don’t love the coffee you ordered, reach out and we will work with you to dial in your brew recipe or help you find a coffee that matches your tastes. We are not able to accept returns on perishable items and can only offer refunds if your order was incorrect or damaged.
Can I sign up for recurring shipments?
Yes, you can set up recurring shipments through our subscription options. You can choose to receive a shipment every week, every other week, or once a month.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! Buy one in our cafe or online here.
How long will my coffee remain fresh tasting?
We suggest enjoying your coffee within two weeks of opening the bag, and within one month of roasting. The coffee will still taste exceptional beyond a month. Great coffee should not be wasted!
What’s the best way to keep my coffee fresh?
We suggest storing your coffee in an airtight container away from heat and light.
Can you grind my coffee for me?
You can select your desired grind on the product page drop down menu.

What are your cafe’s hours?
Our cafe is located at 33429 Redmond Fall City Rd. SE, Fall City, WA 98024 and we’re open Monday – Saturday from 6:30am – 4:30pm.
